We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wild West Guns, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wild West Guns, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Wild West Guns, LLC shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wild West Guns, LLC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Restrictions
We only ship FIREARMS to valid FFL Dealers. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

All firearms purchased from us through our website or over the phone will be required to be shipped and transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder local to the customer. Ammunition being sold to residents of the following states will be required to be shipped to an FFL, where a background check will take place: New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. The customer will be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use.

Each customer is responsible for knowing their state laws regarding firearm transfers. For more information, please contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms/verify their transfer fee/ensure they will accept your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility/cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal.

If you order a handgun, you must be a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering, and 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases online. We charge a 3% fee for in-store/over the phone orders. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Sales Tax
Wild West Guns, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All Retail Nevada Residents must pay the applicable Tax rate on all items. No exceptions allowed.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Wild West Guns, LLC holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Shipping Policy
Wild West Guns, LLC ships in-stock orders as soon as possible. We strive to ship out orders within 1-3 days of the order being placed, but may take up to 10 days. We always email tracking numbers when a valid email address is provided.

We do not sell out-of-stock items, with exceptions for special pre-sales. In those cases, delivery times will be clearly stated in the offer.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Wild West Guns, LLC accepts no responsibility for any damage, shortage, or loss of goods during transit or delivery, whether Wild West Guns, LLC makes the shipping arrangements or not. Claims for any such damage, shortage, or loss in transit should be made to the carrier, in accordance with the terms of carriage. Wild West Guns, LLC will not issue replacements for any such damages, shortages, or losses during the shipping process.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Ammunition sales are FINAL and may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We may offer a refund via check or credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We reserve the right to decide how the refund will be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use our contact page.

Shipping: To return your product, we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
