Qualified Dealer Terms & Conditions
1. Qualified Dealer. A Qualified Dealer (Dealer) of Wild West Guns (WWG) is a retail
dealer who is authorized solely by Wild West Guns to purchase and resell Wild West Guns firearms, parts, clothing and accessories; and who complies with the terms and conditions contained herein. Wild West Guns reserves the right to change all prices, product specifications, and any terms and conditions of the sale herein without prior notice. Wild West Guns hereby rejects any terms and conditions contained in purchase orders or other business forms when such terms or conditions are inconsistent or in conflict with those contained herein.
2. Presentation of the Brand. Wild West Guns products presented online or in print must show the current product images and Wild West Guns logo, all available upon email request to shippinglv@wildwestguns.com. Images must be clear and in-focus. All Wild West Guns products must be identified with the Wild West Guns brand name and the current product name (i.e. “Wild West Guns Trigger Happy Kit”). For Wild West Guns Dealers that drop ship, please ensure your website reflects the current offering of Wild West Guns products.
3. Third Party Reselling. Wild West Guns does not authorize third party reselling (the practice of an authorized Wild West Guns Dealer selling Wild West Guns products to another retailer). Authorized Wild West Guns Dealers may market Wild West Guns products on third party websites provided said Dealer is clearly identified and fulfills the order. Those Dealers who engage in third party retailing by selling Wild West Guns products to other retailers will lose their Dealer status immediately and will no longer be allowed to purchase Wild West Guns products.
4. Order Frequency and Amount. The minimum initial order amount for new Wild West Guns Dealers is one (1) WWG Firearm worth at least $2,000.00. To maintain Qualified status, Dealers must place a minimum order of (1) WWG Firearm worth at least $2,000.00 per year.
5. Minimum Advertising Price (MAP). For purposes of MAP, advertisement shall refer to any presentation, offer, or solicitation for the purpose of selling Wild West Guns products. This includes, but is not limited to: price lists, newspaper and magazine ads, catalogs, flyers, direct mail, signs, billboards, banners, events, shows, conventions and user groups whether in printed or electronic format. This also includes any and all forms of electronic advertising: radio, TV, facsimiles, websites and e-mail newsletters. The following standards should be met:
- Price must be displayed on all product and sort pages
- Displayed price must not be below current MAP
- If selling on any auction site such as EBAY or www.gunbroker.com, the price
must be listed as a “Buy Now” at or above MAP. No “Reserve Price” or “Best Offer” is permitted.
- No “added value” items or promotions allowed unless authorized in writing by Wild West Guns.
- No trans-shipping of products by the dealer to other retailers. Dealer must sell to end users only unless authorized in writing by Wild West Guns.
- No mention of a lower price or discount is allowed. Statements such as “Call for Price” or Call for Lower Price” are not allowed.
- No mention of lower price may be used on online forums.
- No coupons for Wild West Guns products are allowed in any newsletters or publications, including electronic communications, unless authorized in writing by Wild West Guns.
- Dealers must seek written pre-approval before selling Wild West Guns products on any third party websites.
- United States dealers may not ship Wild West Guns products to locations outside of the United States.

6. Payment Terms. Accounts must remain current. Wild West Guns qualified dealers are offered terms of net 30 on approved credit effective from date of invoice. All invoices must be paid in full and on time to maintain Qualified account status. Accounts over 16 days past due will be placed on credit hold until the account is brought current. Accounts over 45 days past due will revert to “prepaid-only” status for a minimum period of one year. Past-due accounts will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. Wild West Guns reserves the right to refuse to ship a dealer’s order if the dealer’s credit become impaired or unsatisfactory to Wild West Guns. No orders will be accepted on a “cash on delivery” (COD) basis.
7. Affiliate Marketing. Dealers utilizing Affiliate Marketing are responsible for ensuring all content, logos, imagery, and product information is current and all advertised prices are in compliance with Wild West Guns MAP Policy.
8. Selling Outside of the US. Dealers located in the United States may not distribute or promote Wild West Guns products outside of the United States and its territories.
Terms & Conditions,
1. Pricing. All Wild West Guns pricing is subject to change without notice. Please contact Wild West Guns with any questions.
2. Shipping. All shipments of Wild West Guns product shall be made using a mode of transportation chosen at the discretion of Wild West Guns with freight charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee applied against the order total, plus freight charges to and from the Dealer’s location.
3. Shipping Damage, Discrepancies & Shortages. All claims for damage, carton shortage, pilferage, and/or non-delivery must be made by the dealer to Wild West Guns in writing. Shipping discrepancies, shortages, or invoicing errors must be reported to Wild West Guns Dealer Service within three business days of shipment receipt.
4. Warranty Service. In the event a dealer is asked by a customer to assist with obtaining warranty service for the customer’s firearm the customer may send in the item for repair on their own, or be assisted by the dealer at the dealer’s discretion. The firearm must be packaged and padded well with an accompanying note which provides the following: 1) firearm owner’s name, address, email and phone number and 2) description of the problem. Warranty Service repairs should be sent to the Wild West Guns Las Vegas location: 5225 Wynn Road, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Wild West Guns recommends that all returns be properly insured when shipped. Wild West Guns does not take responsibility for loss or damage during shipping.
5. Warranties or Guarantees. Dealer shall not make any representation or warranties with respect to the quality or performance of Wild West Guns product that are contrary to, in addition to, or inconsistent with those described in literature published by Wild West Guns. Any such claim(s) may result in termination of the Qualified dealer relationship with Wild West Guns. Wild West Guns guarantees all of our firearms against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please note this guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, or normal wear. Wild West Guns reserves the right to replace the item at our discretion.
6. Backorders. Standard shipping charges apply to backorders. Backorders for Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers will be cancelled.
7. Returns. Please inspect your product as soon as possible. If you find that your new product is damaged or defective, call Wild West Guns immediately. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued items. Items that are not in resalable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, non-Wild West Guns pricing stickers) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Credit will only be given if a replacement is out-of-stock or unavailable. If returned product is returned in poor condition (showing wear, dirt, damaged box, missing accessories, signs of improper installation, etc.) a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Product returned as damaged or defective that is found to be in good working order may be subject to a restocking fee. To submit a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from the Wild West Guns within 30 days of invoice date. To receive proper credit, this RA# must be included with your returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received within 10 days of the issued Return Authorization.
8. Termination. Wild West Guns may terminate the Qualified dealer relationship: (a) immediately, if dealer becomes insolvent or bankrupt, makes and assignment for the benefit of creditor, any proceeding is instituted by, for or against the dealer under any provision of federal bankruptcy laws, or if the dealer changes ownership; (b) on ten (10) days’ notice to the dealer if the dealer fails to pay any Wild West Guns invoice when due. Neither Wild West Guns nor the dealer shall by reason of termination of this Qualified dealer relationship be liable to the other for compensation, reimbursement, or damaged either on account of present or prospective profits or sales or anticipated sales, or on account of expenditures, investments or commitments made in connection therewith or in connection with the establishment, development or maintenance of the business or goodwill of Wild West Guns or the dealer in question, or on account of any other cause or thin what-so-ever provided, however, that such termination shall not affect the rights or liabilities of either party to the other with respect to Wild West Guns products previously sold or with respect to any indebtedness then owing by either party to the other. Upon termination of this Qualified dealer relationship, Wild West Guns shall have the exclusive right, as its option, to purchase from the dealer within sixty (60) days after the effective date of such termination, all or any part of the dealer’s inventory of Wild West Guns product. The purchase price shall be the net amount originally billed to the dealer less any applicable discounts or protection received by the dealer. Wild West Guns shall have the right to physically inspect any Wild West Guns product being purchased by Wild West Guns prior to purchase and final acceptance of delivery.
9. Other Terms. The terms specified herein are the only terms under which Wild West Guns will sell our merchandise. We do not agree to terms and conditions stipulated on a buyer’s purchase order or similar documents unless an agreement is reached in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Wild West Guns.

Items to Submit
The following items must be submitted for consideration to become a Wild West Guns Qualified Dealer:
